If you don't need to build immediately, wait until after July 22 to get a cheaper CPU (or a better performing one for the same price).

How about this..

Drop the motherboard for this one...
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/...jsp?ProductCode=322345

Drop the cpu for this one...
E6540 (after July 22nd)

Drop the PSU for this one...
http://www.mwave.com/mwave/sku....hmx?SCriteria=BA22026

Drop the CPU cooler and use the retail included with the cpu.

Drop the ram for this...

Drop the video card for this...

You can get a mild overclock on the cpu, upping it to ~ 2.6Ghz easily with the retail cpu and 800mhz memory. The 8800 GTS card is going to give you a huge performance increase over the 7900 GS card, plus it is DX10. The 400W Enermax Liberty power supply does plenty on the 12V rails to keep the system happy, too.

The problem is that $800 is just tiny bit short of getting a really good system for the money, so if you could save (or add) up just a hundred more you can buy this (after july 22nd):

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 - $45
GIGABYTE GA-P35 130
E6750 186
Patriot 2gb DDR 800 4-4-4-12 $80 ($50 rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820220144
320GB Seagate $80
EVGA 8800 GTS $260 ($20 rebate)
XCLIO Goodpower 500W $50
Tuniq Tower 120 - $60
Arctic Silver 5 paste $6

Total $897

You can also save another $40 by dropping a CPU cooler for Freezer 7 Pro:

$857 with that one...

Goog luck.

bamacre, thanks for taking your time to put together those things, I'm going to think that over defenetly. Sinn707, you are absolutely right, im going to save up a couple hundred more and buy exactly what you mentioned because it is true. Thanks once again

1 more thing, that PSU...is it really good or something because it's only $50. Can you please explain to me the difference between that one, and the CorsairHX thanks

You are welcome, glad to help. Both PSU's perform very similar but and I'd pick the 520HX over it but when there's a certain budget you have to get the best possible for as little as possible, and Xclio Goodpower 500w is just that. For $50 it will have 0 problems running your whole system with 8800 GTS in it, I've heard nothing but good reviews about that PSU too. You can read some of them on newegg. But remember, if you have an extra $40 lying around, 520HX is an even better choice.

Good luck.

No problem. If you want to increase your budget to $1000, then stay with the P35 motherboard, and bump the video card up to the 640MB 8800 GTS. BUT, when you are ready to buy, take another peek at video cards because it is possible there could be better options available at the time (new models and/or price-drops).

Yeah, well I get my paycheck the last day of the month, so I'm using about 85% on a computer, so I'm really trying to prepare the right parts for a really good system.
