I'm mainly concerned about the RAM I selected. Is this RAM acceptable? I will NOT overclock. I just want something "stable" and I doubt the memory timings are something that a human will be able to tell the difference of (speed wise).

Also, I'm a bit iffy on the case. Simply because there's a large selection. That one looked good.
 
Wow, I was considering getting a 3200+ system, and I was looking at parts, and that's almost exactly what I had decided to get.

Exactly ! There is NO dual channel on Athlon64 socket 754. The 939 have dual memory controllers, but thats not the same, and those are VERY exspensive, with very little improvement in real speed.
