Ciao,

Just confused about the differences between each respective series. I tried googling for some answers, but I'm confusing myself even more.

Based on just clicking around on ASUS's website, it appears that the M3N series is geared more towards home theater/video streaming enthusiasts.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you.

So is one geared more towards certain applications, i.e. media streaming, word processing editing, etc. . .?

Thanks

no, it's purely used to distinguish between ASUS boards with ATI chipsets (xxA) and with Nvidia chipsets (xxN). Which is better for what depends on what specific chipset is being used, and the implementation of it. Neither are geared specifically towards anything, although integrated graphics chipsets are obviously geared to those who wish not to use a graphics card (so htpc stuff, cheap business workstations, etc). Asus will market them however they feel appropriate though, and therefore may bundle in things and set boards up to gear them more towards specific users, but you'd just need to look through a few different boards to see what suits you best.
