I am having surgery where the good doctor said I will be able to lean back in my office chair at home and rest my legs up on a stool. I would like to play some PC games while I recuperate. I think I will only be able to play games that use just the mouse. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

If you are into simulation games, this is the best business simulation that I have ever played. Best of all, the freeware demo has plenty to do and there is no time limit and you can keep playing even after you win the scenario. I bought the game and still just end up playing the demo's content. I do not think you need a keyboard at all.

great single player, diablo-esque fun. i think most powerful classes only need 1 or 2 skills - which you can map onto mouse1 and 2. all the interface stuff like inventory have shortcuts on your hud to click on.

I keep my keyboard on my lap anyway... :) But seriously, basic RTSes can be managed with only a mouse, such as the Command & Conquer series. Keyboard is quicker and convenient for some tasks, but not mandatory at all. Though that may not be so "relaxing" if the point is to restrict your movement and stress levels, so beware.

Lots of good adventure games can be played using only the mouse. E.g., Syberia and its sequel.

I remember playing that demo almost non-stop for several months... lol.

I second Peggle on Steam, very fun and very relaxing game, sit back, have a drink and enjoy.

Myst
Riven
Myst III: Exile
Myst IV: Revelations
Myst V: End of Ages

They will take forever, but I enjoyed them. :D

This-a-one.

Age of Empires and any other strategy game like Rise of Nations or Total War "could" work, but you'll be pretty pissed when you can't keep up with unit movements without hotkeys.

Diablo2. I never use the keyboard. You can though and it makes the game much quicker.

Thirded. This game is addictingly fun. It's bad if you're playing it when you should be doing homework though. >.>

If you're willing to buy a gamepad (e.g. Xbox 360 controller) then you open up the possibility of great games such as the Lego Star Wars series and Lego Indiana Jones
