I can but my left arm will not be 100 percent useable.
I found Titan Quest and its expansion pack for a 20 dollar download. I think I will play that and Peggle. Thanks for all the responses.

great single player, diablo-esque fun. i think most powerful classes only need 1 or 2 skills - which you can map onto mouse1 and 2. all the interface stuff like inventory have shortcuts on your hud to click on.

don't you have to hold the ALT key and click mouse1 to pick up items?

If your arm is less than 100% but your hand is ok one of those small usb keypads might be useful. Hold it however is comfortable, map the necessary keys to it and use your thumb. Sometimes I do this in Guild Wars and a few other games that need the extra buttons of a keyboard but not necessarily peak reaction times.

I just realized, since I've been playing it lately, that Fallout 2 can be controlled almost entirely with the mouse. And since the combat is turn-based, it's okay if you're slow too.

It is much faster and easier with the keyboard (there are a lot of keyboard shortcuts in the game, including ones for quick saving and loading), but I don't think there's anything you can't do with the mouse.

I got both on Steam as well - since you have both, play Immortal Throne. You'll still be playing TitanQuest, but with the added features included in Immortal Throne (like storage for all that gear you'll wind up with, the ability to enchant some weapons, etc etc).

I can also recommend some threads on TitanQuest.net, which is a pretty good resource.

Beginner's guide thread

Good newb advice

If you get serious about the game, you should probably download a few things; the user patch, which fixes a bunch of minor (but potentially very annoying) bugs that were never addressed since Iron Lore closed down.
Player-released patch thread

Defiler is a very useful tool that lets you do a ton of stuff, some of which are legit like fixing an accidentally broken character or adding a playability mod, but it also lets you essentially cheat, if you're really that inclined.
Defiler thread - Don't download the .NET version yet, it's not ready
Included with Defiler is TQVault, which adds much-needed inventory space and lets you transfer gear between characters.

Anyway, I'd start off with Warfare. Good, clean, traditional ass-beating class, not many keys really needed.

Fork over the $$ for the full version the "extreme" version just doesn't have any cool powerups at all. Man I'm a hardcore gamer and I'm telling you do NOT overlook this game just because of it's casual nature. If you're going to be hemmed up for a while definately pick this one up.

I'm a bit late to reply, but try Tiger Woods PGA Tour. There's one released every year, 2004 and 2008 are IMHO the best, depending what kind of rig you've got. Of course if you hate golf, the point is moot :p

If you're playing "casually", WoW can be played using the mouse only. Adding a second hand for the skill hotkeys (and nothing else) makes it even easier.
