And I don't really know why that one is so much cheaper. I read about it before and I don't think much is different about it. Probably would be my choice because of the price.

I don't think I'd call somebody a "poor person" just because they're smart enough to not buy a top end card. The very top ones never have the best price to performance ratio.
 
the 5900 ultra 256mbs are all made by company contracted by nvidia, they just get rebranded, so they are all the same, get cheapest
