My friend's computer is giving him this error message sometimes when he loads Windows or is running some programs in Windows. It says "There was a VXD error. Change 'MinSps'. Might be a problem associated with a recently installed program." He recently installed Windows Media Player 7 and he says that ever since he installed that program his computer has been giving him messages like this and crashing. He also has a Ghz and his comp is using 98% (I used Sysmeter) of it's CPU when it isn't running ANY applications. It's really odd.. Could someone please help me help him?
Also, I have run Norton Anti-Virus on all the hard-disks, and after scanning it says that it detects no viruses...
