please advise...need a new duron!!!

Ok, so I killed my chip... I really dont want to go into the details, but I just found out that I have no warranty from the company that I bought it from (infotechnow.com) ....

I need a 600!!!

But, I really need one that can be overclocked that doesnt have the little bridges cut

I know overclockers.com sells them, but does anyone else know where I can get one for a little less? I think thy want something like 120+ for a duron 600!!

$120 US for a Duron 600Mhz?? That's a ripoff. It's costing nearly 3 times lesser.

why don't you take your chances and get a Duron 700MHz. Most people that got them have the bridge closed.

lynncomp.com has the retail boxed AMD Duron 650 for $65, shipping looks to be about $10
I ordered one last night, I never used lynncomp before but they seem to have an ok reseller rating.

Any shows scheduled for your area? I got my Duron 600 at a computer show on September 23rd for $57. It runs stable at 900MHz.
