Please advise: How much higher and how, can I go with this setup?

System Specs:
P4 2.6C@3003Mhz with SKL900U and 92mm Sunon.
Abit IS7 with BIOS 1.5, newest.
Two 512MB Kingston HyperX PC3000, dual channel, slot 2 and Slot 4. It seems having the RAM on slot 2&4 pass Prime95 and on Slot 1&3 does not.
Two WD 120GB in PATA RAID 0, 8MB buffers.
One WD 120GB on primary controller as master, 8MB buffers.
Santa Cruz
PCI hardware modem
Case, Antec SLK3700AMB with two 120mm fans, one in front and one in the back.

My present overclock:
2.6@3003Mhz
CPU core 1.55V
RAM voltage 2.6V
AGP 1.5V
nbs 800
CPU/DRAM ratio: 5:4
RAM timing 2.5/7/3/3
I have everything else on Auto and not Street racer or F1 or turbo.

How can I adjust the RAM or anything else to make this CPU go faster? I got it up to 250 Bus speed (3250Mhz with 1.6V), but it crashes quickly with Prime 95. I think it's the RAM limitation.
Any suggestions will much appriciated.
Thanks.

When I ran it at 250, the CPU/RAM ratio was 3:2 with 2.8V on the RAM, Timing 3/8/4/4. But it crashes in Prime 95. So now I back it down to its most stable settings which is 2.6@3003, 1.55V, RAM being 4:5 ratio, 2.6V, timing 2.5/6/3/3.
I know this setup can go faster but it would crash quickly with Prime 95. What gives? I took the NB heatsink off, take the white tape off in case this can prevent good contact. Put black electrical tape directly on the chipset to cover the capacitors. Put AS3 on and put the heatsink back on. This is my friends setup which is identical to my system but my board does not comes until Wednesday. The hs/f by the way is the newer one with the blue colored orb.
Could it be the BIOS? I don't have time to try other BIOSes.

Maybe someone will chime in. Im not to knowledable with the p4 systems. I always had them at stock until i got into amd's

Wouldn't 250fsb with a 3:2 ratio be 166mhz on the ram? That isn't really pushing it. All I can really say is that my hyperx3000 did 200mhz 2.5-2-2-7 with 2.77volts. It also did 193mhz 2-2-2-6 with 2.77volts.

That's true. So it must be the processor that is holding me back. What's the highest can I go on this CPU? I see a lot of people go as high as 1.7V, some even higher.
What do you guys think?
