Please advise before I commit to Intel X25-V SSD

I'm about to buy this at SuperBiiz for about $100. The 40gb is enough room for me to use it as a boot drive with my programs on it and still have over 20% of the space leftover. I'm interested in this model because of the fast random reads/writes. My computer use is limited to web surfing and gaming.

Before I commit, does this sound like the right SSD for me?
