Pleas help - lost my paging file!

I seem to have mislaid my win 2000 paging file. On bootup it asks me for my password. I put this in then it says I have no paging file and rather usefully tells me how to set one up. I click on "OK". Then it dumps me back to the password screen. And repeat.

Any ideas?

OK thanks for your help but I don't have a network. Is there any other way?

I have another PC in the house but I don't know how to set up a network if I can't even boot mine!

BTW all I did was connect a spare hard disk and move all of "my documents" to it. Then I rebooted, disconnected "my documents" hard disk and hey presto no windows!

Reinstall Win2k witht he CD. Don't worry, your settings and accounts woun't be adversely affected.
