I have purchased copies of FFVIII and IX laying around but my playstation memory card doesn't seem to work on my PS2 slim...does anyone know of any emulators that will work perfectly for Vista 64-bit? I've tried a few so far and no luck. Also, should today's DVD/CD burners be able to read the black PS1 discs without any error? Thanks.

I don't know of any that are perfect even for Vista 32-bit. I doubt anyone's really pushed hard to get one that works well with Vista(let alone 64-bit). I think I've always been able to read any playstation cd's in the past, however the only time I've had it work perfectly is with Windows XP.

If you had a friend with another PS2 you could have them try to transfer them for you to a newer memory card.

pSX works fine for me, but all i play is marvel vs capcom (made an image before i loaned it out to my friend) so there isnt really any 3D involved.

Does pSX require plugins? If so, what BIOS and plugins are you using because I can't seem to find any that work. =/

Get Windows XP Pro SP2 (32-bit). It just works.
