Playstation 3 to lose yet another exclusive - DMC4 on Xbox360/PC

Gamersreports has the link to the japanese press release, and when translated on google it states that it will be coming to PC and Xbox360 as well.

Yet some more bad news for Sony ...

But great news for Xbox360 owners

PS3's outlook as a console is getting worse and worse. It's only saving grace for Sony is it's helping in the HD format war.

It's a bummer for Sony because now people won't have to go purchase a PS3 in order to play this game.

This is just one of the few exclusives that Sony still had, and now it's not an exclusive anymore. If sony keeps losing exclusives, people will have less of a reason to buy it over the Xbox360.

I think that's what he meant by it's a bummer

I don't know a single person who owns a PS3. I do know a few people who own xbox360s however.

i don't plan on buying a console anytime soon as my venerable Ps2 still kicks butt

but sony needs to start getting games in! I knw like 5 people with Wiis, just 1 person with an xbox360, but no one with a ps3 :x

If htere was some good PS3 news, it would be posted. But the problem is ... finding good PS3 news. Even the background downloading for PS3 turned out to be a half assed attempt at it.

Lets be honest here...you're about as big an xbox 360 fanboy as there is. I've had mine since day one and love it...but it's a bit immature to sit around and bash PS3.

You could have simply said "DMC4 coming to xbox 360". You're taking your digs at the PS3 every chance you get.

Unless the numbers pick up they wont be exclusive for long(other than FF). People said it couldnt be done by MS, but I think MS may slay the beast this round...

I am about the farthest thing you can get from a fanboy, and many people on this forum will back me up on that. I have bashed the Xbox360 and many games on it plenty, just go read the 2 official xbox360 threads. I currently own an Xbox360, a Wii, and I owned 5 PS3's at one point but have none of them.

I didn't want to keep one because they are crap. I am not the typical consumer who doesn't know much about games. I probably am into console gaming more than just about anyone on these forums.

The reason I dislike Sony so much is because I've been following the PS3 since it was first announced and seen all of the hype that Sony built up and didn't follow through to. I'm tired of them lying to the public and people who have no clue falling for it. I'm tired of their cockey attitude.

I mean did you see what they said in the past EGM issue? They told the person interviewing them that they would give anyone $1200 if they could go out and find a PS3 on the shelves of a store because they are no where to be found. So EGM called about 12 stores I believe, and 8 of them had more than 1 in stock. What was the Sony guy's reply?

He blames the consumers for not buying them ... gimmie a break.

I just want them to get screwed this time around so that they will come out with the PS4 and actually try to do something with it other than slap the Playstation name on it and think it will sell like hot cakes.

There problem is that it costs to much money. It would be doing a lot better if it was in line with the price of the Xbox 360. They priced themselves out of the market.

The reason the PS3 is such an overpriced piece of crap is because they used it to force their blu-ray agenda.
