Every time I attempt to play a DVD on my PlayStation 2 I have to input the password. Luckily, the password is still the factory default (0-0-0-0). How can I disable the parental controls so that I'm not prompted anymore?

I accidentally set my password about 5 years ago when I first bought my PS2 and I haven't ever figured out how to turn it off. I was just lucky I remembered the password. Even so I don't watch DVDs on it too often.
