playstation 2 to tv tuner

i have a tv tuner card that has rca jacks in the back and have connected my ps2 to it. i've managed to get a signal through windows media center but am unable to complete the setup because i'm not actually setting it up for tv.

i need software that will pick up the composite signal so if anyone has any recommondations for which software i'd appreciate it.

i've tried dscaler mediaportal and the bundled software from haupage win 150 and the only thing that's worked closely was media center during the setup phase.

I have no idea, but if all else fails you could use an RF modulator.

With my Hauppage, the TV tuner program made me pretend to start recording before it would show a picture from the s-video input. Start recording, picture appears, stop recording, picture keeps showing so you can play a game.

Lag may be annoying depending on the type of game.
