If you watch the PS2 in one of those little stations with the flat screen panel the image quality sucks. The panels they are using to demo the systems are NOT up to par with what they should be. My PS2 looks far better on my Sony TV with an S-Video connection than it did on the panel at EB.

You are kidding right? I have both nfl2k1 and madden 2001 and nfl2k1 plays much smoother, and in my opinion looks better during gameplay.
I really don't care that between plays I can see them wink, smile and do other stuff. It doesn't help the gameplay.

Sony really should be embarrased. They've had all year to get the US release right, and they flub it in production?
What kind of retarded marketing are they up to these days?

I'm a Nintendo fan but I'm tempted to buy a DC just because I don't want to wait for GC and because the PS2 is overrated. The graphics are no better than DCs. Also, programming for the PS2 is the equivalent of programming for the Saturn, from what I heard. (The Saturn was notoriously hard to program for)

EA must feel stupid for signing the agreement to only produce madden for the playstation family. Instead of heavy sales, they might sell a couple of thousand copies by christmas....

i also played wild wild racing, and the physics are ASTOUNDING!!! the suspensions on that game was SO LIFELIKE, as was the handling. CANT WAIT FOR GT2K!!!!
