Looks like it might be either the Intec or Sony brand, but for $8 flat it's a pretty good deal for those looking to upgrade to component video. It's backordered on the site but you can probably find some in your area, I know I did, leaving to pick it up right now.

looks like it's the sony brand, or at least that's the one i got. also, it looks like the contacts are gold; most images show the contacts on the sony brand cable as alloy.

i have these i think. they have been reliable. the ps2, however hasn't
mine has audio r and l as well
