Go ask around at B&M's that weren't taking preorders. Find out when the next shipment shows up. Find out when the delivery truck pulls into their dock and when they go onto the floor. Be there. Get lucky.

My local Electronics Boutique gets a shipment twice a week until x-mas. I'll be keeping in touch with them.
