playstation 2 and gamecube connecting to pc monitor

i am currently running them both through my tv video card in the computer but the quality is not as good if i ran it directly.
i have heard tell that there are switches that i can get to plug the monitor to the computer and the video game systems and just swap back and forth between them.
thus far i have not found any...if only because i dont know what, by name, i should be searching for.
i find tons of cables and switches that are dangerously close...but none that connect to a cpu monitor.

Tried Dscaler before you give up on the tv card? Getting good results via an CX23xx chipset based card.
