Have you guys seen this commercial with the old black dude and the curly-headed doofus behind the counter? The black dude keeps saying "beep" "boop" then the curly-headed dude goes off into this bizare song.

The whole queen of hearts thing is about putting you on hold. They are trying to say you will get a live human on the line at Citibank vs. waiting for minutes listening to cheesy music from the 70s and 80s from a different bank. IIRC, that song is by Juice Newton.

She had a few pop hits, do a search Queen of Harts and Angel of the Morning are the two that come to mind. Although I can't claim to have heard either one on muzac anywhere, it does have that cheese factor to it.

I thought it was obvious the customer beeped the wrong tones for the automated voice response unit and is getting hold music now.... cute commercials, over played though.

My wife pointed out (earlier today) the new one for Dodge RAM where they spoof the starving children commercials. Kind of edgy, I don't like the starving kids commercials but I think making a marketing decision to spoof them is probably not the most well thought out... ah well.

Exactly, I guess this proves that it might be a little vague for some. Not exactly the best thing for a commercial.
