Still waiting for a custom tune, but I got a SCT X4 tuner and I've been playing with the data logging feature.
Here's some interesting facts from my drive home from work today in my 2013 Ford Fusion 1.6L Ecoboost w/auto trans.
Fuel pressure was as high as 1900 PSI (13,120 kpa) under heavy acceleration (but not WOT), not quite diesel PSI (10k to 30k) but still impressive.
Catalytic converter temperature reached 1,450 degrees F under heavy acceleration and average 1,080 degrees F over my ~hour long drive home.
Intercooler temperature reached 80 degrees F under heavy acceleration and returned to match inlet air temp of 68 degrees F after 60 seconds of cruising on the highway. Ambient air temp was 60 degrees F.
Transmission main line pressure reached 280 PSI under heavy acceleration and averaged 92 PSI over my ~hour drive home.
Boost maxed out at ~17 PSI under heavy acceleration.
