actually just owning it gives you no right to having a backup or a copy of it on another media. check nintendo.com for their stance. same thing with just about everything else. just because you own win98se doesnt mean you can make a backup copy in case the other gets scratched 🙁 read the eula's.

The speed isn't even 100%, but frameskip works ok.
