Here's the basic system I'm wanting to build in May:
Shuttle XPC ST20G5 Socket 939 ATi Radeon Xpress 200
AMD Athlon64 3500+
KingMax 1GB (2x512MB) DDR400 2.5-3-3-7
Ati Radeon X800 XL PCI-Express 16x WITH Video In/Video Out!!
Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS
Western Digital 250 GB 7200 RPM
My question is two-fold:
On the SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS

Next to the firewire port, are those 2 jacks analog inputs (red and white usually)?
If they are, could a 5.1 stereo set-up still run with them occupied and have the sound from the GameCube be output to these speakers?
On the Radeon X800 XL w/VIVO

I assume the analog to S-Video converter would work just fine with a Game Cube analog signal going into the video-in port. Is this how VIVO works? Does the signal run in an ATi program (in other words: will my TV signal run in a windowed application)
What I basically want to do is plug my analog signals [Video (yellow), L & R (white & red)audio] into my PC. I'm in college with no TV and a 19" CRT monitor.
