I don't know what's up with the chatgpu style reply, but here are my suggestions and questions:

1) what is your budget?
2) put your parts in PCPartPicker to check compatibility
3) Id look for an RX 6600 over a 5500 XT. But first, what resolution and frame rate are you looking for?
4) get a bigger PSU. 450W is too small. I'd say go for at least 650W to support any future upgrades. Stick with a quality PSU too - Corsair RM series or some Seasonic supply. There are others too.
5) consider a b550 board instead, if only because it can be a bit more feature rich. But also note that AM4 is kind of a dying platform for future upgrades. For marginally more money, you might be better off with an AM5 system that could support future upgrades
6) that storage is really low. Maybe find something that is at least half a terabyte
7) buy a ram kit, not two individual sticks

@alden007 @Brainonska511 makes some good points.

AM5 makes more sense and the PSU should probably be an 850W if you want room to grow since they last a decade or more. For the board it looks like you're aiming for mATX and from what I recall there's not much AMD mATX options but PCP will show you what's available.

Drive... Windows alone will consume almost half of that w/o any games not to mention you get better performance / warranty off 1TB+ drives

I built a AM5 7900X + A380 from the ground up for ~$900 though in the past 6 months so, there are decent options if you rummage through the bargain bins on the net.
