just wondering if any one would be able to help me out. i have a normal desktop computer with adsl internet connection. I also have a notebook (laptop) computer networked. i use gamespy arcade to play over the internet. but when i try to play through the notebook i get a message saying the external and internal ip adresses are different and that i won't be able to host any games. but i still can't play if i don't host. would anyone please be able to let me know how to get around this problem if you can. any help would be much appreciated.

thanks

Yes, you can still join other serves, just you won't be able to run your own server and have others connecting into it from the internet.
