Alright, i have 2 computers, both win98se. One has the cable connection, and both computers are connected via USB kits. both computers can see each other just fine, transfer files just fine. I used AnalogX so i can use AIM and http no problem. now i want to play CS on both computers. someone suggested using WinRoute Lite, and after hours of testing, could not get it to work (couldnt even get http to work) this sucks! in AnalogX, i used the generic setup (host ip = 10.0.0.1, client = 10.0.0.2) and http and aim works fine using proxy and changing ports (http = 6588, aim = 1080). CS would be 27010 - 27016, but of course there is no way to put that in the game. HELP!!!!!!!!

Use ICS. You will not need to forward any ports if you are just playing CS on both machines. If you want to host a game you will then have to forward ports. AnalogX is a nice proxy, but ICS is much better.
