how do i tell it to buy shares when it drops to a specified price?
like say if i wanna scoop up some AMD stock when its at $14? is that a stop or limit buy?
do i do it as a day order? or a good till cancelled order?
also what the hell is "buy to cover" and "sell short" and when should i use them
