This podcast needs one very knowledgeable person like Gamespot' hotspot podcast have Jeff G.

I think I'm pretty knowledgeable person when it comes to games and the industry in general, but Remo (the other guy on the podcast) is a journalist in the industry -he's got a pretty impressive scope of knowledge on everything if you ask me. Especially the industry.

I've started checking out 'Played' podcasts. The info presented I feel is pretty well unbiased. The episodes themselves are very entertaining as well.. good set of personalities there.

You need to be able to bash when it's necessary. I could tell when you guys were talking about the PS3 and Wii (especially the PS3) that you were holding back. Everyone knows that the PS3 is the supposed king so there is no excuse for the software issues you guys were discussing. You should be more pissed off (based on what I heard) but you never let it bleed out into the podcast. Some people appreciate this but I would rather here the blunt/honest truth. I think I got half of it.

We definitely bash, Fingolfin. This isnt the first podcast where we've talked about the issues with the PS3 and Sony's business model(s). We're not really holding back in this podcast, and I can say with sincerity that we never have. We don't need to. We have no sponsors and we're not getting paid. This is a hobby and we are straight up about everything. You should check out some of our previous podcasts.

I've listened to all of them man and really enjoy them. Go look back on your first few threads and you will see me posting about the voice quality of the initial shows. You guys are doing great and the quality has improved each and every time. I guess this last show left me thinking that someone wanted to say something but decided not to.

Then again maybe this is why I failed at being a mind reader.
