play multiplayer games with tcp/ip

izzit possible to play mulitplayer games such as Red Alert 2 & warcraft 3 via tcp/ip connection?

Not sure about RA2, but WC3 can be played over a LAN or the 'Net using TCP/IP. Most multiplayer of the past few years can be played using the TCP/IP protocol.

A friend and I broke out the old Red Alert a couple of months back and were trying to play it over tcp/ip.. we finally got it worked out.. we had to use the Westwood chat software.. I believe you can also play ra2 with that
