Play DVD movie on PC?

I have a Geforce DDR video card and a Soundblaster Live X-Gamer sound card. What do I need to be able to watch a DVD movie? Thanks!

you need a dvd drive ..

does anybody know if there is any dvd software that can decode DTS?
