Play delayed, midshow, so single woman can be appeased

It is Italy, and it is against the law. So perhaps it was better that she said something rather than them being fined or shut down
 
I went and saw a performance this one time of a dude who was immatating Mark Twain. He was smoking a cigar for most of it. It actually smelled really good. I woulda been pissed off if someone in the audiance piped up like that.
 
They should have had him come out, peel a nicotine patch out of it's wrapper, and slap it on his arm! You know.....the politically correct way to smoke!! 😉
 
Nobody smokes on stage around here anymore, but if that happened to me as an actor, I would be damn pissed. You got a problem? You go out to the lobby and tell the management, preferably at intermission or after the show. You don't freaking yell it out in the middle of the show.
 
Anybody else shocked that this came out of Italy? I thought they all smoked like chimneys over there.

If one person piped up in any theater by me, I know the audience wouldn't sit back and let her ruin a perfectly good play just so that she can get her way. She'd be ushered out of the place for heckling and disturbance. So why did everyone at this place lose their balls this time?
