Play an audio cd from a mapped drive?

This might be a stupid question but is there anyway to play an audio cd off a mapped drive? IE: I'm on a networked pc, andthe cd I want to listen to is in the drive on another pc with the cdrom drive shared out. Tried fooling around with a few things but haven't been able to get it myself. Anybody?

Works normally for me....just open the mapped drive and my default audio program treats it as a normal CD. I wouldn't know it was a mapped drive if I didn't do it myself.

I've got Windows 2000 with Media Player 7 and if I select the drive or the track it doesn't like it. What program are you using? I even tried the windows cd player but you can't select a drive there.

Media Player 9, or Sonique. Both suit my purposes.
