Plastic Motherboard Screws... Are they strong enough?

I've seen the plastic motherboard screws before, and have used a couple when helping a friend put his computer together. They have a screw side, and a side with a sort of locking clip. You just put the motherboard on it, and press down, and voila, it's on. I haven't really seen them online before, and was wondering if it was because they aren't that sturdy, or what. They are superconvenient, and I was just wondering... Anyways, thanks.

assuming they are like the ones i have encountered in the past they are plenty strong... and convenient to put the motherboard one...
but of course the catch is getting it off is a pain in the butt... i just wouldn't use them on a computer that i am expecting to possibly change the mobo out...
