Plastic film in PSU

Electrical safety. The clear film over the coil in the lower right is to prevent shorts from line or neutral to case ground, especially when the power supply is operated from an ungrounded AC outlet. The yellow film over the transformers in the center is to insulate the transformer-isolated low voltage side of the power supply from the high voltage, non-isolated side, including from that coil in front.
