plasma TV wall mount

i am looking around for a wall mount for my 42" plasma and this is the cheapest one ive found that looks of decent/high quality. i admittedly do not have much experience with TV mounts, but i am a very handy guy and can fix/make most stuff around the house, so if the general consensus is to make one yourself then i can do that.

what do you guys think of that one? it says it can hold 115 pounds. my tv is ~70 pounds (i think, its close to that anyway). im not sure how reliable that quoted strength is though. any input would be appreciated.

If you're interested in making one, you can probably find into in the DIY area. I know they have a lot of projector mount projects over there, there are probably tv mounts too.
