Plasma 3dtv 50. Samsung vs Panasonic

I have tried to do as much research as I can and Im stuck between these two TVs

Panasonic TC P50GT30

and

Samsung PN51D7000

I want a tv capable of great 2D and 3D for movies, games, and sports. I will also hook up my PC to the TV to game and stream movies. I just dont know which is better. I like the THX feature of the Panasonic and Panasonic's reputation of being better plasmas but Samsung is usually bundling a 3D starter kit. I read about the random brightness of the Panasonic and that they solved it with the issue of a SD card but I have not contacted Panasonic to see if this is true.

Does anyone have these TVs and if so what are your thoughts

If there are other comperable TVs I would like to hear any input.

Either one will be a great choice. The fluctuating dark levels problem is way overstated on the Panasonics. Unless you choose to invest in the equipment to professionally calibrate your TV every month for the next five years you won't even notice it.

The Samsung will have a better feature set and is more customizable. Plus you can tweak the service menu and enable the features of the next model up. Plus, I like the styling a lot better on the Sammy.
