CHILDS posted me a list of headphones for PC gaming and I bought 2 of these.

They feel great on my head, sound great and the mike works great.

I am not an audiophile so take this with a grain of salt..but I like these way better than the last 6 or so headphones I have owned and they feel sturdier.

Also, do a search, some had problems in BF3 and L4D2 with the sound to the cans reversing ever so often.

another reason why I avoid USB headphones. they may be nice, but USB has never been a great multimedia interface and negates any existing sound card you may have...

I bought these in July for the same price, so this might be Amazon's normal price.

FWIW I didnt notice the sound reversing issue, and after some googling it appears unplugging and plugging it back in, or removing and/or reinstalling the Dolby software can fix it. Possibly some edge case involving systems with AMD chipsets.

They work fine for me also and my Grandson is happy with them

I downloaded these instead of the ones off of the CD.
