The M1500 Plantronics Bluetooth Headset And Adapter that will work on most cell phones, that is usually $180 at CC and BB, is on sale at CC for $99.95. AND, I saw that BB had it marked for that price too in Bloomington and Peoria, IL. I do not know if that will last but it is on sale at the CC web site too....

I was going to post the link but it will not let me log out to get rid of my session ID.

Here is the tesx: "Plantronics Bluetooth Headset And Adapter
Brand/Model: PLN M1500

Free Shipping!

Communicate on a wireless phone without wires or having to hold up your phone with this Bluetooth adapter with headset. Connect the adapter into any wireless phone with a 2.5mm jack to carry on conversations 30-feet away from your phone at work, home, or in the car. Talk into the noise-canceling microphone, which is attached to the headset with an adjustable earloop and delivers clear transmissions. The easy one-touch controls on the headset let you answer, end, and mute calls."

Better jump, as if its not the new price level, it will disappear tonight....

Love to have one of these, but it's too rich for my blood. I'll have to wait until prices drop.

Might be too rich for me too but.....

It is also on sale at Best Buy too for the same price, so it appears that this might be the new price point. Now that I have one, I have read mixed (limited) reviews on the Net. Actually, very mixed and sometimes contradictory (kind of like a married couple), so I do not know if I will keep it or not.

Whatever the case, for $99.95, thats a better price than $179.95 it was last week at both BB and CC!

Don't buy it. This is way too over price just for a headset even it is the latest technology. 99.95 dollars is a very nice deal compare to previous 200 dollars price tag. However, this still doesn't sound right to spend 100 dollars on some headset. If they can't make bluetooth technology become more affordable, then I would say just let it die like the rest of the good idea and wrong marketing technology.

The prices are still high, but bluetooth headsets are awesome. I have the Jabra freespeak and I love it. I can make calls anywhere in my office or in my apartment and I never even need to touch my cell phone.

I read some reviews in amazon.com about the jabra speakfree being better than the m1500.
But thanks for bringing me back down to earth and putting some sense into me. $100 does sound expensive. I didn't see it that way a few hours ago.

Thanks for the link!

I am still on the fence about this, as when I heard about the Jabra FreeSpeak a couple of weeks ago, I remember someone posting that it had a sealed battery and the Plantronics could be replaced. Now, I am reading from others that the Plantronics battery life is limited and other issues. As to the price, remember, you do not have to own a BlueTooth enabled cell phone to use this model - just have a cell with a 2.5mm jack. This one has the adapter, charger, receiver, etc....

I will keep mine for awhile, or until I see the Jabra FreeSpeak go down in price, as it is still $180 in most stores.

And this $99.95/9 must be the new price point, as I saw this in BB, CC, CompUSA, etc., during the last 24 hours.

But hey, PM at Staples who have is in their catalog for $219.99, use a coupon, and maybe get it for around $70 delivered.........

Haven't done it, wont do it, but its a thought..................
