Plantronics 925 headset

I Googled and read 6 reviews of it, half seem to claim it has amazing noise canceling abilities - "I was able to drive on the freeway @ 80 and the person couldn't hear the wind" and the next reviewer said the noise cancellation is horrible - "I used it while making dinner and the person couldn't hear me over me at the stove"

it looks like a sweet headset but the reviews are very divided in how well it actually works. Does anyone here actually have one. I have lost my Nokia BH-800 and they're still close to $100 which is just too much for me to spend on a headset that's pretty old.

i don't know about you but this is the way every review seems to go for a piece of electronics equipment. it really makes it difficult in trying to decide which product to buy.

I find that you can drive yourself buggy reading reviews so I find that after a while I just am more confused than when I started. I do find myself "weighting" reviews and the cnet reviewers seem to be pretty close most times. This one they seem to like the users even more. FWIW
