1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on November 12, 2007 through January 29, 2008, log on to www.planters.com, click on the icon for the "Planters Capture Your Holiday Moments Sweepstakes" and follow the on?screen entry instructions to register and enter. Limit one entry per registered user per day.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except for employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Promotions.com, Inc. ("Judges"), their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 12, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by e?mail/mail and/or telephone. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prizes: HP Photosmart R937 Digital Camera and HP Photosmart A626 Compact Photo Printer. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $479.98. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is: $2,399.90. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
