For that kind of money, an Orion Starblast, hands down. This is one of very few telescopes under $200 that anyone should ever consider (pretty much everything else under $200 is junk, with the exception of the Edmund Astroscan). Remember you'll want to budget some more money for accessories, such as additional eyepieces and a basic star chart.

I would scour eBay for a Meade ETX90 but I'm going mainly from recommendations for digiscoping.
