Planning a week's vacation to Costa Rica - any advice?

Ziplining in Northern Costa Rica near Liberia is a great day trip for the family, so as snorkelling/diving (may see dolphins & whales), horse back riding, and hiking in the cloud forest/volcanos.

I second Tamarindo beach as a great place.
