#1 How did humans get on that planet in the first place? They couldn't of from the crashing ship because that cemu ape guy killed them...???

#2 How come the apes on earth wear same size clothes as an average human?? And drive crown victorias??

#3 How did general thade get on earth?

#4 Doesn't Jupiter come before saturn, not saturn, then earth, as showed when "space guy" was traveling back home in pod?

#5 In the beginning, didn't they say it was a "research station", not vessel?

#6 Wheres Dr. Zaius?

I thought it was a good movie. They spent a lot of time on the costumes, but maybe not enough on the script. Tim Burton, as usual, did a good job.

maybe the Apes didnt kill all of them. hey, the humans have guns, they can't all be killed so easily.

film makers were too lazy to make new clothes, cars, etc for the Apes

exactly. you people over analyze every movie way too much. the LAST thing I want to see is a sensible and realistic movie about talking monkeys on some alien planet. sheeesh!

inane movie

there is more to a great movie that costumes and production, and this is the prime example

they had a fairly decent cast, although Marky Mark isn't the greatest with his stoic version of acting

they had Tim Burton, who almost always wins my approval

they had Rick Baker on make-up, who else is better?

and what did they end up with? Garbage!

Sorry, but this is one of the biggest disappointments for me in a long time.
They should have left well enough alone.
The original was far too.....original to shame like this.

I just saw it this weekend. It wasn't bad but not as great as it could have been.

The ending sucked btw.
