Planescape patches (which one?)

After all these years I figured I would give planescape another try (last time I only got as far as creating a character and the first quest). I have the 2 disk version (and 4 disk version) - but I installed the 2 disk version on my 1000HE seems to run fine.

I know that baldur gate ii has some major patches/mods (I forget the name of the one that covers all the major additions) ---

Does planesscape have a similar patch ? (I have the 2 disk version which comes with 1.1 already installed).

ok thanks. Sounds like I need 3 patches - fix, tweaks, unfinished.

Do you remember the name of the (more or less) all inclusive patch for bg ii ?
