I paid about $585 for this in late Dec. Its a great monitor, but be wary of the rebate. Rebatestatus "lost" my rebate....they recently old me to resubmit it with the original UPC, but since i had already sent in the UPC with the rebate the first time, Im not sure what I can do...

Great monitor. I cashed in on the $50 rebate that was offered at the time. They paid it after about 3 months, though.

Zenn,

Go online to the Better business bureau and file a complaint with them. It will be cleared up in a couple of weeks.

Ive started sending rebates of that much money now with a Requirement of signature....So I have proof they received it.

Certified mail is the only way to go with big rebates

But the only problem with that is, they can still say "yeah, we got it, and it was missing......" whatever. Like one CyberZenn was saying, they told him to resubmit, because it was missing the original UPC, even though he sent it in.

Seems whenever I hear about people not getting rebates, its never about the rebate people saying they didn't get anything, its about them saying theres something wrong with the way you submitted it.
