Planar 15 inch

well, i was going to check out the specs of planar 15 LCD's, but the site appears to have been hacked. i'm assuming that planar doesn't usually have garish colors and haXor speak. can anyone tell me if the 15 inch displays (which are real cheap) have ghosting problems? if they are good, they would fit my needs perfectly (i am a pretty big time gamer and i watch a lot of DVDs, but i want a good LCD's crispness in text). if the 15 inch ones (which cost about $350) aren't good, should i just save up for the 17.4 inch planar?

thanks,

While lower priced LCD's can cause slight blurring in scrolling or action games, with a DVI connection the text can be laser clear.
My wife has a Viewsonic VG-151b that she got at Dell for $365 shipped, it looks very good with a DVI out Geforce MX-200 32MB.

i heard planar 15" is not good. it's 17.4 is very good though (but again it's 17" is not good either).
