a duvet is a thick blanket type thing. Normally filled with down feathers or could just be polyfill. Duvets are normally just plain white (think big flat pillow) so you get a duvet cover (think pillow cover) for it.

Okay. So a duvet is basically just a big pillow. Does it cover the entire bed? From the picture on the site, I'm not real sure...

Hell, maybe I'll just order it to figure out what it is.

a duvet is a comforter cover. most people use their duvets to keep thier down comforters clean. since down comforters are usually white, it adds some color to your bedding.
