If you qualify for a membership at USAA (you or your parents have to have served in the military), try there.
 
Lending Tree.
I did this not too long ago and had four quotes in a matter of 2 hours. I then used these against the dealer to get the exact same loan from their lender. Works pretty well.
 
I just called a random Chicago credit union which stated they are currently offering:

Zero application fee
3.50% APR fixed up to 5 years (60 payments)
$100 free GC to some department stores if you are approved before July 2, 2004

The offers are still out there, you just need to find them.
 
Well I am doing LendingTree right now...according to them Capital One financing and some other company are out for my business, so we'll see how it goes.
