Places to purchase cell phones?

Are there any sites online or places offline where they sell cell phones for a less expensive price than the suggested prices on the network carrier's sites/places? Kinda something like a.... newegg of cell phone parts/accessories or something similar like that. Anyone know any other places I could try that are just as reliable? Thanks.

What carrier?

I bought from Wirefly, and worried myself sick about the $300.00 worth of rebates I had to wait over 6 months for. Wouldn't recommend them unless you have exceptional fortitude!

What kind of deals can you get from CircuitCity or BestBuy? Sometimes they aren't too bad.
