Places that sells reloadable VISA/MC/AMEX cards?

I am looking for places that sell the cash cards that you can buy and reload that work with Visa/MC/Amex - the only place that I know of is Safeway - any other major retailers sell these type of cards? Does Walmart or Sam's sell them?

LOL - the thing is our company has an award system and we can only choose from a major retailer and it would be nice to convert it to a VISA/MC/AMEX card so the reward could be used for something else rather than having a useless gift card
